When you place an order with Pawsome Treasures, we forward the order details to the supplier, who then packages and ships the product directly to you. This eliminates the need for us to hold inventory and allows us to offer a wide range of products.

Standard shipping typically takes 4-13 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.

You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the respective carrier's website. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the tracking number.

The buyer is responsible for all further shipping fees and product has to be unused and in the original packaging if returning. If you have not received the item within the shipping time specified, please contact us, we will check it and reply you as soon as possible.
